Ingredients
Semolina
Sooji or Rava – 1 cup
Banana – 1
peeled and chopped
Roasted cashewnuts
Kaju 1 teaspoon
Raisins
kishmish - 1 teaspoon
Almonds
Badam soaked and peeled - 1 teaspoon
Pistachio
Pista soaked and peeled – 1 teaspoon
Milk – 2 cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Clarified butter – 3 tablespoons
Instructions
Heat a clean pan on medium high flame.
Roast the semolina on low heat, stirring continuously.
Keep stirring until the semolina starts to give a nice nutty fragrance or turns light golden brown.
Turn off the flame. Transfer this semolina to the flat plate.
In same pan add milk and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add sugar to this boiled milk. Stir continuously and mix well.
Now pour the roasted semolina into the milk.
After a minute, add all dry fruits (Raisins, Cashew, pistachio, almonds) to the sweetened milk semolina mix.
Now slowly add banana pieces.
Add clarified butter and keep covered for a while.
Serve hot.
