This is healthy low carb ketogenic recipe. It’s very easy and delicious recipe. It’s not real mac and cheese but it’s the next best thing when you are in keto.

- Prep Time – 10 minutes
- Cooking Time – 20 minutes
- Cauliflower – 350 grams
- Whipping Cream – 200 ml
- Cream Cheese – 85 grams
- Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella Cheese – ½ cup
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup
- Cheddar Cheese – ¼ cup (some people use Parmesan cheese, so depend on your taste)
- Pepper – 1 tablespoon or as per your taste
- Olive oil or Butter for greasing
- Salt to taste (optional)
1 – Preheat the oven to 250 c. Prepare a baking dish, grease with butter or olive oil.
2 – Remove hard stem and leaves from base of the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into medium florets.
3 – Boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes strain the cauliflower and put it in your baking dish and then add pepper and salt.
4 – Heat pan on medium heat. Add whipping cream and cream Cheese and bring it to a simmering boil.
5 – Add onion and garlic powder and stir properly.
6 – Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add cheddar (1 cup) and Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup) and continually stir until cheese sauce thickness.
7 – Pour the sauce over the top of the cauliflower and mix well.
8 – Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and black pepper(optional).
9 – Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
