Ingredients
- Coriander Seeds – 2 teaspoons
- Cumin Seeds – 2 teaspoons
- Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Dry Red Chilies – 8
- Green Cardamoms – 12
Methods
Dry Roast the Spices:
First, clean up the all spices. Heat pan on low flame and add all spices & dry roast on low flame. When the aroma starts to come out from the spices then turn off the heat.
Cool and Grind:
Remove and let it cool down. Now transfer the spices into the small jar of grinder and close the lid of the jar. Pulse it to fine dust. Bhaja Masala Powder is ready to use.
